4. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, custom fabrication orders, or digital files. The only exception is if an item arrives damaged. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for review.

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these terms. You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, digital files, product images, and content are owned by Altered Fabrication. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our materials without written permission.

We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina.
