RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
All sales from Altered Fabrication are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, custom fabrication orders, or digital files.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Altered Fabrication is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.
