Behind Altered Fabrication

Welcome to my about page, here you can get to know a little about me. My name is Bryan, I learned to weld as a teenager standing beside my dad, and that early spark turned into a lifelong passion for building things with my own hands. Today, that same drive fuels my love for creating grills, fire pits, and custom hunting and fishing accessories — the kind of projects that blend craftsmanship with the outdoors.

When I’m not in the shop, you’ll usually find me downtown in Apex, hanging out with my wife Sara at her store. Most nights end with the two of us on the couch catching up on Andrew and Maddie’s day while I sketch out new metal sign designs with the TV humming in the background.

Hunting and fishing are my go‑to hobbies, out in nature reflecting on what God has created and done in my life. As a fabricator and an outdoorsman, I am always looking for ways to enhance my time in the great outdoors. From a custom saddle hunting platform to a complete bow attachment for my fishing kayak.

Everything I build comes from that mix of family, craft, and the simple joy of making something real.

What sets Altered Fabrication apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

They are smiling and have their arms around each other.
